• 1 kg / 2 lbs white fondant
• 6” round or square dummy covered in WHITE fondant, attached to a 10” cake board. *Please have this already prepared before class.

• Small rolling pin
• Small scissors
• No. 7 Wilton Piping Tip
• Sharp knife
• Paintbrushes - one for gluing, one for dusting and a very small paintbrush for the finer details (eg. Eyeliner painting)
 • Medium blossom/daisy cutters (not essential...I will have some)

I will supply paste colours, CMC (Tylopur), cocktail sticks and anything else required for the class. If it isn’t on the list, you don’t need it...I will have it.
