While running a successful cake business, Lorraine's ability to create sugar art caught worldwide attention after the creation of her blog With many requests from beginners of sugarcraft worldwide, Lorraine set out to help them learn her skills by creating Online Tutorials. Dubbed "the master of modelling" by her followers, Lorraine's tutorials continue to be a great success. Lorraine is proud to know that her original idea has been realised by other artists who have adopted this method of teaching.
